As a cinematographer, I work to balance high production value and “perfect” framing with the realities of beautifully unpredictable situations.

I enjoy shooting fluid handheld vérité as much as carefully composed shots on a tripod or gimbal. I love thinking in shots, story, coverage, and collaborating with directors to develop a creative and intentional shooting style.

I strive to connect deeply with subjects. To listen as I shoot. I take on stories I care about and work with people I believe in.
